The units are well laid out and the employees here are amazingly friendly, plus there's a coffee.

Had 1 night in Melbourne, spending my time here lovely. The staff members were excellent and thoughtful. The service was perfect with parking onsite.

Good-sized and well-organised room with a view, the staff was excellent! We had coffee/tea makers and refrigerators. The location was great and incredible, just a short stroll away from an interactive multilevel aquarium.

The vibe here was QUIET. As for me, rooms were reasonably large with a view, they offered wake-up service. The staff were exceptionally nice at all times. Location: the hotel was very close to the bar / restaurant and shops and restaurants and all the major shopping areas.

This place is beautiful, exceptionally clean, with welcoming service, and offers great value, featuring rooms with a generous king-sized bed and a great view.

The hotel was impeccably clean with exceptionally clean rooms and pleasant staff. the room on level 18 was nice to have tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge available. the location of the property was marvellous and incredible - not too far away from a bluestone prison.

I stayed for 5 nights in this chic place and enjoyed it. My room was well-organised and had hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was incredible, close to Hardware Lane and the center of shopping with free trams. The hotel is in a prime area. Everything was simply nice.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and elegant design of the hotel's foyer and reception area. The dark moody walls and lighting created a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. It reminded me of a grand old mansion, and I felt like I was stepping into a different era. The general areas of the hotel were spacious, allowing plenty of room for relaxation and socializing. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with well-lit corridors and wide doorways that made it easy to navigate with my walking stick.

I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or afternoon tea gatherings would have been a delightful addition.

The rooms were well-organized and beautifully designed with a great view. The location was marvelous, around a 4-6 minute walk from the old town. It was only an 18-minute drive to the airport.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, and the location is fantastic with excellent transportation links, plus I had a refreshing drink at Lanzhou Beef Noodle Bar after a long day.
